Rope guide
A rope and a rope are not necessarily the same thing
The raw fibers of the rope are processed into yarn and transformed into flat or twisted strands.
Several such strands are coiled to form a twisted or a braided rope. The final phase in the manufacturing
of a rope and the type of material are decisive for the following properties of the rope: Flexibility,
tensile strength, dilatability, structure, weather resistance, buckling strength and durability of the rope,
as well as its suitability for tying knots.
